I'm a Principal Content Designer with deep expertise in design systems and a growing focus on AI interfaces.

I thrive at the intersection of language, systems, and design. Over the past decade, I’ve helped global organizations craft clear, scalable content for complex products, from AI copilots and accounting tools to cybersecurity platforms and higher ed systems. My work bridges the gap between technical complexity and human needs, helping users move forward with clarity and confidence.

Right now at Sage, I:

  • Lead the development of reusable content patterns for AI-powered features

  • Guide designers and writers through critiques, workshops, and content strategy sessions

  • Shape voice, tone, and UI content across our product suite

  • Redesign internal resources to make guidance easier to find and use

Before Sage, I worked on design systems and UX writing at CrowdStrike, Pearson, and IBM, with a focus on making security, education, and support content easier to understand and act on.

I’m particularly interested in how language influences interaction in emerging spaces and how content design can facilitate safe and intuitive user experiences.

When I'm not working, you can find me hiking, baking, or rock climbing.
