Throughout my 15+ years of content design and technical writing, I've built content frameworks and written and edited customer-facing content across industries, from DB2 tools and cybersecurity to ed tech and civic tech.
I’m passionate about creating content that's clear, concise, and accessible to all users. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver content that meets user needs.
When I'm not designing content, I enjoy hiking, reading, and exploring new places. I also love learning new skills and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in content design and user experience.
