Style guide redesign
Led the redesign of a company style guide, improving usability and adding new guidelines for UX writing and AI.
The problem
The Sage Style Guide was missing guidelines for UX writing and AI. In addition, the top-level navigation and the landing page tiles were too crowded to add new sections.
What I did
To help my team understand the value of a redesign, I conducted a full content quality audit and shared my findings along with a demo of a prototype of a possible new design.
After the project was approved, I led a group effort to build a new site, move and merge content, add a new section for product UI content, and sketch out a new Copilot, AI, and conversation section.
The outcome
Content creators across Sage have a single place to find all the content guidelines they need, including product UI content and content for AI products.
